Our Booking Policy Before booking, please take a moment to read our policy so we can give you the best possible service.

  • Bookings are confirmed with payment ahead of appointments in order to narrow down multiple bookings.

  • For the purpose of result (which is what we are about), we do not instant style or dry style.
    We insist that your hair go through Our Moisture Infusion Routine Prior to any Protective Styling i.e, (FullWashDay). So please don't request this of us.

  • Exfoliating Scalp Treatment is mandatory for first time client with a history of itchy scalp or dandruff. Why is this? Hydrating Steam Treatment done on a Dandruff scalp or itchy scalp without scalp treatment, triggers itchy. So it must first be addressed.

  • Each Client full wash day session takes a minimum of 3hrs. And so we Do Not encourage loosening of previous hair style at arrival to avoid spilling into the next person's appointment, loosening previous hairstyles at arrival will mean outright cancellation of appointment. Please ask to see our policy on loosening.

  • For purpose of expected result, We DO NOT accept products but use all ours accordingly to suit individual curl/texture needs.

  • As a courtesy, mail to: reschedule@mommadaughters.com(9am - 6pm) as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to REBOOK IT FOR YOU.

  • If you fail to give us 48hours notice, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL to Re-schedule.

  • No- Show Policy: No-shows and last minute/on-date /on- slot cancellations are chargeable in full. (Full Service Charge)

  • We work strictly by time. No African time. Appointments are cancelled and rescheduled with a fee, failure to show up after 10 minutes grace.

  • Refund Policy: There will be no refund on payments already made. Clients can always reschedule appointment once notified ahead.

  • Rescheduling fee ONLY apply if there's a no show or if client fail to give 48hr notice.

  • BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT IMPLIES AGREEING WITH POLICIES.

    Ahead of first time appointment, we always request to see A PHOTO OR SHORT VIDEO of your hair in its afro state. KINDLY UPLOAD WHEN BOOKING AS A FIRST TIME CLIENT.


    And please state if there be any particular hair concern breakage, heat damage, dandruff, itchy flaky scalp, etc.
